Ah, Lost Soul Aside. Originally a one-man project that was picked up by Sony, the game's been in development for roughly seven years. In that time, the title has clearly undergone some dramatic changes — especially in terms of scope — and it's looked more and more promising with every showing. The game's most recent appearance arrived last summer, when a new trailer seemingly confirmed that the initial PS4 version was cancelled, in favour of PS5 and PC.
However, before that, back in November 2022, Lost Soul Aside was given a vague 'early 2024' launch window. Obviously that's no longer happening, and so fans have found themselves waiting on additional communication, either from Sony or developer UltiZero Games.
The good news is that we've been handed an update. The bad news is that it's barely an update. Posting on the official China Hero Project Twitter account, the team writes: "Hello from Lost Soul Aside Producer - Yang Bing. And we will share more about this WIP title later."
Here's hoping that "later" means soon!

Im huffing extreme copium that this game isn't vaporware but I will cling to that hope god damn it 😅
I was really excited for this game when it was revealed back in 2016.
That excitement is long gone by now
The tittle may suggest different but this game had a gameplay demo in a chinese expo like months ago, if anything it went from "is this real?" to "this exists" and that for chinese and korean projects is A LOT lol.
Just a theory but perhaps Sony is just having them hold off on saying too much until their next SOP/showcase where they will ready to show in a more comprehensive way.
Still more tangible and more legitimate than phantom blade zero.
@mariomaster96 Same, it was like a Cooler looking alternative to FF15 at that time. Not XVI DLC is gonna drop before even get a firm release date for it. At this point I couldnt care less. They will have market the hell out of it to change that.

Plus, with Stellar Blade coming out soon enough, I don't see any excitement I previously had for LSA coming back anytime soon. Wouldn't surprise me if the game is getting a delay to 2025 either.
